This workshop was AMAZING. When I arrived I was a mess. I was in tears because of what is happening in my personal relationship, but was determined to figure out better coping skills so that I could handle the sadness productively. In just a short time, I became more regulated and more able to understand what could help me Angela's knowledge and ability to share her calming demeanor helped me move into a healthier, safe space. I STRONGLY recommend working with her in whatever capacity possible.

I recently attended the Full Moon Woman's Circle. I loved, loved, loved the experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with soft music and candles. There was journaling, sharing, and a sound bath. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Angela!

Working with Angela felt like having someone truly see and believe in me. She gently helped me recognize the patterns that were keeping me stuck and gave me the clarity and confidence to start showing up in love and in life in a whole new way. I’m so grateful for the safe, empowering space she created.

You’ve done the inner work but still feel stuck in familiar patterns.
You crave deeper, more authentic connection, with yourself and those closest to you.
You feel disconnected from your body, your voice, or your truth.

What is somatic coaching and how does it work? Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to personal growth that recognizes that lasting change happens through both the mind and body. Instead of only talking about your thoughts and patterns, we explore how they show up physically. Through body awareness, breathwork, movement, and nervous system practices, you learn to recognize old patterns and create new, more empowered responses.
What is somatic breathwork? Somatic breathwork uses intentional breathing to help you connect more deeply with your body, emotions, and nervous system. Rather than simply taking deep breaths, you use your breath as a pathway to notice sensations, release tension, and access experiences that may be difficult to reach through thinking alone. It's an embodied practice designed to help you reconnect, release, and feel more fully present.
How does breathwork help regulate the nervous system? Your breath is one of the few parts of your nervous system you can consciously influence. Changing your breathing pattern can send signals to your body that influence your state of activation. With practice, breathwork can increase body awareness, help you move through stress, and build greater flexibility in how you respond to life's challenges.
What does nervous system regulation actually mean? Nervous system regulation doesn't mean being calm all the time. It means developing the capacity to move through stress, emotions, and challenges while staying connected to yourself. Regulation is about recognizing what state you're in, responding to what your body needs, and building the resilience to return to a sense of safety and connection.
How do I regulate my nervous system when I'm overwhelmed? Start by slowing down and connecting with your body. Feel your feet on the ground, notice your surroundings, and take a few comfortable breaths with a longer exhale. Gentle movement, stretching, walking, or simply pausing can also help. The goal isn't to force yourself to calm down—it's to listen to what your body needs and create a little more space to respond.
