A PRINTABLE GUIDE TO HELP KIDS FEEL SAFE, STEADY, AND SUPPORTED

Walk the path of connection and support kids where it really counts

Most tools focus on helping kids look calm on the outside.

At Wildly Regulated, we go deeper — offering body-based, science-backed practices that help kids feel safe, seen, and supported from the inside out.

Blending movement, mindfulness, and nervous system education, our trauma-aware approach builds real regulation skills that last.

For parents, teachers, and therapists who want to:

  • Co-regulate with children

  • Bring play and presence into daily routines

  • Create the safety kids need to grow and thrive

Wildly Regulated helps you move beyond surface strategies and into deeper, embodied wellbeing.

Hi, I'm Ali...

I’m a Nervous System Educator, Author & Children’s Yoga Trainer

I’m the author of two best-selling wellness books and a newly published yoga book for children. With over 15 years of experience in body-based practices, I specialise in yoga for children with additional needs, and in nervous system education for parents, educators, and therapists.

My work is rooted in compassion, science, and real-life application. I blend movement, mindfulness, and trauma-aware practices to help children feel safe and regulated — and to empower the adults who support them.

I believe calm is contagious. When we feel steady in our own bodies, we create the conditions for children to thrive.

Over the past decade,

I’ve worked across the worlds of holistic health, coaching, yoga, and mindfulness — supporting both children and adults in building steadier, more connected lives.

Wildly Regulated is the heart of that journey. It’s where everything I’ve learned about the nervous system, movement, and emotional wellbeing comes together — in a way that’s playful, practical, and deeply grounded.

This work is about more than managing behaviour or calming kids down. It’s about creating the conditions for safety, connection, and true regulation — from the inside out.

If you’re here, chances are you care about that too. And I’m so glad you’ve found your way to this space.

What Makes Wildly Regulated Different

Many programs teach kids to appear calm on the outside. We teach them to feel safe and connected on the inside.

Here’s how we’re different:

“He used to struggle so much with transitions. Now, a quick movement break or breathing game makes all the difference.”
