Private Breathwork Sessions
Conscious Breathing in Lakewood, Colorado

Guided breathwork to quiet the mind, reconnect with your body, and create space for whatever is ready to move.

Wildly Regulated offers private breathwork sessions in Lakewood serving the Denver area, with four distinct approaches designed to support resilience, activation, clarity, insight and emotional processing.

Breathwork is a space to slow down, tune in, and experience yourself in a different way.

We’ll use the breath as a doorway into the body. Each practice offers something different, but the intention is the same: to help you reconnect with yourself and discover what becomes possible when you meet your body with awareness instead of pushing through it.

Four Types of Breathwork

Breathwork for Meditative States

Slow down. Listen in. Gain clarity.

Gentler, slower breathwork practices designed to quiet the noise and create space for presence, reflection, clarity, and insight. An invitation to move out of constant doing and reconnect with what you already know within

Holosomatic Breathwork

Activate. Feel. Release.

A powerful, activating breathwork experience that uses connected breathing to move beneath the thinking mind and into the body. This work can create space for emotional processing, deeper self-awareness, and the release of patterns and experiences held in the body.

Energetic (Wim Hof Style)

Build resilience. Expand capacity. Recover stronger.

Wim Hof–style activating breathwork designed to build resilience, support recovery, increase energy, and help you meet stress with greater capacity. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit. This practice is for anyone wanting to feel more energized, capable, and resilient in everyday life.

Emotional Release

Create space for what your body is ready to let go of.

A trauma-informed approach that uses breath, somatic awareness, and nervous-system education to support the processing and release of stored stress and protective patterns. The focus isn't on forcing a release, but on creating enough safety and awareness for the body to move at its own pace.

What becomes possible?

Breathwork can take you places you may not expect.

You might move through an emotion that’s been waiting to be felt. Reconnect with a part of yourself you’ve lost touch with. Find clarity, forgiveness, confidence, love or simply create space to be with yourself.

Here’s what people have discovered in their own journeys:

“I've had so much change in my life recently and I've been so incredibly mad at everyone else but during the breathwork session, I realized I was really mad at myself.”

“It was incredible to realize I could just focus on myself for an hour.”

“I was so busy forgiving everyone else that I forgot to forgive myself in the process too.”

“I was able to tap into the love I felt when my first daughter was born...and that love flowed from me, to her, into our first grandchildren to be”

Come as you are.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you arrive.

Bring the question.
Bring the feeling.
Bring the transition.
Bring the goal.

Or bring nothing at all.

We’ll start right where you are.

What to Expect in a Private Breathwork Session

Come as you are. You don’t need to know how to “do” breathwork. I’ll guide you the entire way.

Every breathwork experience is different. You may feel deeply relaxed, energized, emotional, spacious, connected or you may simply notice what it feels like to slow down and be with yourself.

Here’s what your experience will look like from beginning to end:

01 — ARRIVE + LAND
When you arrive, I will great you and orient you to the space. Everything is provided for you, mat, bolster, blankets, water. You may want to bring a journal, water bottle and some socks as people tend to get a little chilly during breathwork.

02 — CONNECT + SET AN INTENTION
We’ll begin by checking in with your body and nervous system. I’ll explain the breath pattern, answer questions and help you set an intention for your journey.

03 — BREATHE
You’ll lie or sit comfortably while I guide you into the breath. Music helps carry the journey as we gradually build the breathing pattern at a pace that feels supportive for you.

04 — FOLLOW WHAT ARISES
As the breath deepens, you may experience physical sensations such as tingling or temperature shifts, emotion, memories, imagery, energy, deep stillness or something entirely different. There is no “right” experience to have. You remain in choice throughout the session and can slow down, modify or return to your natural breath at any time. The beauty of breathwork is that you are always in control of your experience.

05 — REST + INTEGRATE
The active breathing gradually gives way to rest. This quiet integration period is an important part of the experience—time to notice, feel and allow your nervous system to settle before moving back into your day.

06 — AFTER YOUR JOURNEY
We’ll take a few moments to check in and talk about anything you’d like to share. There is never pressure to explain or make meaning of your experience immediately. We will have time for tea & sharing.

Before you arrive: Wear comfortable clothing, hydrate well and avoid a heavy meal for about two hours beforehand.
